The earpad that comes as standard equipment to the D8000. Constructed of an expanded foam body with superior breathability and special polyurethane fibers, this product has been newly developed for the D8000 series. It is also suitable for use with the D8000 Pro Edition.
The only difference to the G-Type is the material that comes in contact with the skin. On the G-Type, the face that comes in contact with the skin is made from Toray Ultrasuede. Generally, in comparison to the F-Type, the G-type delivers slightly more bass, but in some cases owing to the shape of the face and adhesion to the skin, the effect may be opposite. The F-type offers superior breathability, which makes it difficult for heat to collect, whereas the G-type offers superior durability.
